Trade-Up in 4 easy steps
Step 1
Select an eligible Samsung Trade-up product on samsung.com and select “Yes” for Trade Up during the purchase process.
Step 2
Accurately provide details about your old TV, Monitor or Appliances and confirm that it meets the Trade Up program.
Step 3
Review the information provided and carefully read and accept the terms and conditions. Click “Add discount” and proceed to complete the checkout process.
Step 4
You’ll receive text messages from Fliway (Samsung’s delivery partner) with instructions on preparing your old product for pick up upon delivery of your new Samsung Trade-up offer.

How do I participate in the appliance trade-up promotion?
Find your new product on samsung.com/nz/ and select the Trade-up option before you add to art. Tell us what product you are recycling and get an instant Trade-up Discount applied to your new product at checkout.
Am I eligible and how do I participate in this program?
To be eligible to participate in the Program, you must:
(a) be residing in New Zealand;
(b) be capable of entering into a binding contract;
(c) own the participating Existing Appliance;
(d) be the legal and rightful owner of the participating Existing Appliance with no third party having the right to claim any interest, right or ownership of your Existing Appliance;
Which Samsung models are eligible for the appliance Trade-up?
The Trade-up offer is available for purchases of the following products while stocks last. Please note that we reserve the right to withdraw models from this offer without notice.

How do I return my old, recycled product to Samsung?
We will collect your old product when we deliver your new product. Please have your old product fully uninstalled, dismounted and ready for collection.
How many times can I claim the Trade-up discount?
There is no usage limit, however, you may only trade one (1) Existing Appliance for each Purchased Product, and you will receive only one (1) Trade Up Discount per checkout transaction on samsung.com/nz/.
What happens if the Recycled Product is not ready for collection?
On delivery of your new product, the delivery team will pick up your old product. If your old product is not available for collection, Samsung reserves the right to:
(a) deliver your new product without collection of your old product. A new collection date will not be rearranged.
(b) apply a chargeback to you equal to the amount of the Trade-Up Discount you received at the time of purchasing your Purchased Product.

I have decided to return my new product for a refund. Can I get my old, recycled product back?
Unfortunately we are unable to return your old product that has been recycled. Recycled products have zero value and are not returnable.
What happens if the Recycled Product does not match the description as described during the purchase journey?
On delivery of your new device, our delivery team will compare the old product provided against the instructions received at the time that the transaction took place. If it does not match the description provided, our delivery team reserves the right to not collect the old product.
