2. Conditions for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Spare Parts: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Any parts that show signs of use, wear, or damage are not eligible for a refund.
- Repairs: Refunds on repairs will be considered if the issue was not resolved or worsened due to our service. We reserve the right to re-service the device before issuing a refund.
3. Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges for faulty or incorrect spare parts. The following conditions apply:
- Faulty Parts: If you receive a defective part, you may request an exchange for the same item. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item, and we will arrange for a replacement.
- Incorrect Parts: If you mistakenly receive the wrong part, please notify us within 7 days, and we will exchange it for the correct item. The part must be unused and in its original packaging.
4. Process for Returns and Exchanges
